The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, the breakfasts were good. Good WiFi. Numerous good restaurants nearby with a variety of cuisines and offering excellent inexpensive eating. Location also seemed to be in a safe area.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very good, clean, comfortable well equipped. Excellent showers. Breakfast was great with good continental options.

Nice hotel located on good bus routes to all the main attractions. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning and balcony. Very friendly staff. Bars restaurants and shops nearby. Also well located for Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.

The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very spacious, and was a reasonable walk to the main touristy areas of the neighborhood. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even helping us with taxis to/from the airport. It was nice to have a balcony to get some fresh air.
